Over 8000 people joined in Support of CM Narendra Modi's Sadbhavana Mission fast-Credits to 6 Crore people of Gujarat

Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi began his second phase Sadbhavana Mission for Peace, Harmony and Progress by holding a day long fast in theland of Lord Shri Krishna, Dwarka. As he continues to spread the flame to further enhance the radiance of Development, CM began his fast in themorning amidst great support of people in Dwarka. CM Narendra Modi began his one day fast with the blessings of Lord Dwarkadheesh and laterinaugurated the Exhibition organized by Gujarat Information Department showing the audio-video Journey of development in Gujarat.

The Sadbhavana Mission in Dwarka began with applause from people pouring in masses from six talukas viz., Jamjodhpur, Lalpur, Bhanvad, Khambaliyaand Kalyanpur in Jamnagar District. MPs, MLAs, Party Leaders, Saints and well wishers joined the Mission. CM began his morning speech with a tingeof humour and said, "All eyes of the country on Dwarka today." He recalled the Adi Sankaracharya who sent the Sadbhavana message and recalledthe Sudama-Krishna episode of richness and poverty who saw no difference in friendship. CM further spoke of Guru Govind Singh who preached theSikh traditions and strengthened the Sadbhavana in Dwarka.

The Chief Minister said,"Gujarat does not expect anything from others. It reaches people in need of the hour whether it is natural disaster of anyother calamity anywhere in India or in the world. Yet, some vested interests aim to malign Gujarat and find reasons of negativity." He further mentioned that the fast is not for any demands but aim for truth and honesty across the country. Gujarat is at a stage of Development with a modelof Growth for every state in the Country with proactive governance. The Chief Minister gave credits for Gujarat 'Ekta Mantra' to unity of six crorepeople of Gujarat. There has been no difference of caste, creed or religion and gave weight to 'Unity' in Gujarat. He said, the Development Journey ofGujarat is visioned by different people in different ways but one accepts the fact that Gujarat has become the Growth Engine of Development forevery State in the Country. Gujarat has adopted newer dimensions in various fields of growth and empowered the society and the poor of the state.

Through the Sadbhavana Mission one day fast, CM conveys that by adopting footsteps of Sadbhavana fast, development journey message can beconveyed for 120 crore people of Gujarat. It is time to shrug off evil and break chains from vested politics.

Over 8000 people joined the Sadbhavana Fast alongwith CM Narendra Modi for the future of Gujarat, for the development of Gujarat and serve thenation. CM ended with the note to spread the message of Truth to every nook and corner of the Country.

There has been great applause from people of Dwarka. The Chief Minister's three-day Sadbhavana Mission fast was held in Ahmedabad last monthand the mission journey continues, similar fasts in each 26 Districts of the state will be held. Next Sadbhavana fast will be held in Navsari, Surat on 20th October.
