Gujarat CM inaugurates Vibrant Gujarat Start-Up Summit at Mahatma Mandir in Gandhinagar

Gujarat Chief Minister Shri Vijaybhai Rupani today unveiled Vibrant Gujarat Start-Up Summit and stated that Young generation of the State will become “Job giver instead of Job seeker” by converting their intellectual power in to achievement. There are more than 1100 emerging Youths are participating in this two days summit.

In Inspirational speech by encouraging Youth start-ups, CM Shri Rupani said that IQ of the 21st century Young generation is very high. They have to become start up driver by providing opportunity to their skills for inspiring new invention and convert it into constructive way. CM Shri Rupani also briefed about determination of our Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi to place India in the line of super powers of the world by handling “Make in India, Start Ups” successfully.

CM Shri Rupani said that Government will stay with Youth power for converting their ability in to industry and employment. There is a belief in Gujarat that Youths carry forward their traditional business and Government will support and stand with them with those who wish to do something new with their ideas and thoughts. He also said that special seminars of Nobel Prize winners and Experts will also be organized so that Young start ups may get inspiration and encouragement from them.

During the programme CM Shri Rupani also released Vision Document-2020 and Coffee Table Book and inaugurated Start-Up portal by remote control.

During the summit Mr. Victoriya Linux, CEO, Start-up Canada, Mr. Chad Hensler, Mumbai based Canadian Trade Commissioner, Shri Pankaj Patel, Senior Vice President, FICCI, Shri Rohitbhai Patel, State Industry Minister and Shri Ishwarsinh Patel, State Co-Operation Minister, Shri Ramesh Abhishek, union Secretary of Department of industry, promotion and planning, Chief Secretary Dr. J. N. Sinh and Shri P.K. Taneja, Additional Chief Secretary of Industry and many other dignitaries remained present.
