CM urged farmers to computerize land documents to curb duping

Gujarat Chief Minister Mrs. Anandiben Patel today urged the farmers to computerize their farm-land documents to curb the duping with them in buying and selling of lands.

The Chief Minister said, the farmer should take advantage of the government’s new thump impression and computerization system for computerizing their land documents as it curbs the irregularities and duping in the land deals. So, the farmers must computerize their land documents with the revenue department of the state government, she further pleaded.

Mrs. Patel was speaking at the function organized on auspicious day of labh-pancham to launch the Sugar Industry of the Sugar Cooperative Society at Saras village in Olpad in Surat district, today. She had also dedicated newly constructed Seva Sadan, built at a cost of Rs. 12-Cr, at Olpad to people. Beside these, she also unveiled the name plate of the railway over bridge to be constructed at a cost of Rs 135-Cr.

The Chief Minister also inspired the sugarcane farmers to construct clean and healthy Gujarat and India as a gift to Father of Nation Mahatma Gandhi on his 150th Birth Anniversary in year 2019. She also urged them to erase the black spot of making toilet in open space by taking pledge to contruct in-house toilet in every home of the state.

On the occasion, as their contribution towards the state wide Cleanliness Drive of Mrs. Patel, the local donors had donated a fund of Rs 3.50 lakh toward Chief Minister’s Fund.

Speaking on the occasion, Gujarat Finance Minister Mr. Saurbhbhai Patel urged the sugarcane farmers to use drip-irrigation system, latest technology and farming system to get maximum crop. Gujarat Agriculture Minister Mr. Babubhai Bokhiriya also spoke on the occasion.
