Similar committees will be formed in all the districts and government departments so that petty cases can be sorted out amicably without the intervention of courts,” he said.

The ministers added that there are number of “identical cases” in which the Supreme Court or the High Court has passed judgments, “so based on that, similar cases can be sorted out by mutual understanding between government departments and private parties without (filing) court cases”.
