The following necessary modification
has been incorporated for each of
the above module, which would be
provided by the selected agencies:
1.
Course material to each trainee.
2. Writing Pad
and Portfolio
3. Pen
4. Time Table
(Name of Training Centre, Location,
Training Duration with day wise
Date, Time, Topics, Name of Faculty)
of the training programme with
strictly keeping the topics in
chronological orders and contents
shown in the modules.
III.
The department/HOD concerned should
ensure that once a training institute
is selected for imparting training
to the employees of the department
for a particular module it should
not be changed.
IV. Feed
back :
In Para (5) of
G.R. dated 9/9/99 following is amended.
However, any government employee,
participating in computer training,
can submit his personal remarks
or feed back directly to I.T. Division,
if need be.
V. Review of empanelled
parties:
Every six months
the list of the empanelled institutes
will be reviewed. New applicants who
meet the criteria laid down by Government
may be considered for empanelment.
During this period achievement of
the training institutions, in respect
of trained employees, will be considered
and depending on the performance of
the institutes, they may be allotted
more districts. Government also reserves
the rights to delist the parties whose
performance is not found satisfactory.
VI. Attendance of Participants:
Secretaries of the
concerned department and HODs will
be responsible for ensuring regular
attendance of the employees. It will
also be compulsory for the trainee
employee to attend the training programme
regularly. Training institutes imparting
such training shall keep attendance
in respect of each government employee.
In case of absence of the trainee,
the institute will record the reason
of absence, and report it to the concerned
department.
All other conditions
of the GR dated 9/9/99 read in (1)
above remain unchanged.
